I saw him

Some days I feel like a robot

Glazed eyes and stiff limbs

Automatically running through a daily schedule programmed into my head 

I march room to room 

Blindly accepting orders and assignments 

People tell me: stay in your assigned seat, don't speak, pay attention.

But there's a loose screw or fault in my code that wants me to be different 

But everyone is saying, doing, and acting the same 

Who am I to oppose the flow and be different? 

But at the same time, what if we all have that loose screw?
